The Service

OffBoardEasy helps you revoke a departing employee’s access across connected platforms, track device return, transfer data ownership, and generate audit reports. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Each workspace has an account owner who controls billing and administrative settings.

Your authorization & responsibilities

The Service performs sensitive actions — disabling, suspending, or removing user accounts on platforms you connect. You represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to connect each platform and to provide the admin credentials you supply.
• You are authorized to deprovision the employees and accounts you act on, and to process their data for offboarding.
• You will use the Service only for lawful, legitimate offboarding and access- management purposes, and not to disrupt access you have no right to change.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the identifiers (emails, usernames) you provide; access changes are applied to the accounts that match them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others’ rights; attempting to breach security or access data that isn’t yours; reverse-engineering the Service; or using it to harm, harass, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Subscriptions, billing & trials

• New workspaces may start on a free trial. After it ends, continued use of paid features requires a paid subscription.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis through our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Plan limits (e.g. monthly offboardings, connected integrations) apply as described at purchase. Overages, where enabled, may be billed separately.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; we’ll give notice before changes affect a renewal.

Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms using credentials you provide. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content; you own your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that access revocation will succeed on every platform in every case — for example, where a connected platform’s API, plan, or permissions prevent it. You remain responsible for verifying critical offboardings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffBoardEasy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OffBoardEasy harmless from claims arising out of your data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including claims that you weren’t authorized to make the access changes you triggered.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Lagos, Nigeria will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
